Data.frequency_map(frequency, orientation, component, ax=None, plot_error=True, **plot_kwargs)[source]#

Function to generate a iso-frequency map

Parameters:

  • frequency (numpy.ndarray) – Frequency to be mapped

  • orientation (str) – The orientation of the data

  • component (str) – The data component to plot

  • ax (matplotlib.axes.Axes) – Axes (optional)

  • plot_kwargs (matplotlib.lines.Line2D keyword_arguments) –
