Gaussian mixture model.

If set prior to inversion, the Gaussian mixture model can be left static throughout the inversion, or updated using the directives.PGI_UpdateParameters directive. If this property is not set prior to inversion, the directives.PGI_UpdateParameters directive must be used to ensure there is a Gaussian mixture model for the inversion.

None, SimPEG.utils.WeightedGaussianMixture
