SimPEG 0.22.1 Release Notes

Updates

This patch release includes and improvement in one of the import lines, fixing an bug that was making importing frequency domain modules in simpeg to fail when working with matplotlib >=3.9.0.

It also enables the version warning banner in PyData Sphinx theme, allowing users to quickly notice if the docs they are reading are not the latest ones.
