Multiplier constants for weighted sum of objective functions.

For a model objective function $ϕ_{m} (m)$ constructed using a weighted sum of objective functions $ϕ_{i} (m)$ , i.e.:

ϕ_{m} (m) = \sum_{i} α_{i} ϕ_{i} (m)

the multipliers property returns the list of multiplier constants $a l p h a_{i}$ in order.

Returns:

list of float: Multiplier constants for weighted sum of objective functions.
